BabyRaz offer FREE delivery, Australia wide on orders over $100. 

$7.95 flat rate on orders under $100. 

$15.00 Express Shipping (Australia only)

Orders will be sent out immediately the day after your order is placed, and for orders placed over the weekend they will be posted first thing Monday morning. 

International Deliveries

$19.95 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.

$39.99 flat rate shipping to America, Canada, UK & Singapore. 

International Orders will take 10 business days for delivery depending on the location.

What time will my gift arrive?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to give specific times on when deliveries will be made. Our delivery times are between 9am-5pm.

What if my recipient isn’t home?
We hope that the new mum and bub will be home so they can experience the glee of one of our beautiful hampers arriving to their door, what a nice surprise! In case they are not home, our courier will either:

  • Leave the hamper in a safe spot if they deem it OK to do so and are sure that this will be hidden from sight of others, stay covered and be protected, or
  • If it is not the case of it being safe to be left, the courier will leave a calling card notifying the recipient of their attempted delivery, and either take it back to the depot for redelivery, or
  • Will take it to a collection point, with a collection card noting all of the required details for their gift to be collected.

Please note if any gifts are taken to a Post Office/collection point we are not able to get the gift redelivered.

What if I supplied the wrong address on my order?
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility. This includes any business names, tower numbers and hospital wards. If your hamper is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, we're unfortunately unable to get it redelivered to the correct address. If it hasn't yet been delivered we will ask the couriers to redirect it, but please note an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery. And no one wants that, so please triple check before placing your order.

BR Hampers is purely an online store at this stage. Browse, shop and send from the comfort of your home.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately not, your order will be delivered on the next available business day.

My discount code isn’t working, I need help!

What is my deadline to place an order?
BR Hampers offer FREE delivery Monday- Friday Australia wide for orders over $100. We know little ones work on their own time coming into the world. Upon your placing your order please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery. Express shipping is available at check out. 

I want to send to a new Mum and bub in hospital, is that possible?
Yes! We can of course deliver our beautiful gifts to hospitals. Please be sure to include as much information as you can so our courier sees that it gets delivered correctly, ie Ward, Building or Room if possible.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Decisions are tough and buttons are easy to click by accident – we get it! If you contact us before your gift has been processed through our warehouse, we may be able to amend or cancel your order.
After the order has been dispatched, we can't make any changes, so get in touch ASAP! If you do want to cancel your order after it has been picked up by our couriers, we will try our best to get it returned to us but this isn't always possible. Please note any return requests will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Can I make changes to my hamper at all/ make my own?
We unfortunately do not offer this on any orders under 10 units. We do however offer adds on and personalised gifts that will be an extra gift to any of our already beautifully customised hampers for the little ones. 

What happens if my hamper is damaged in transit?

We promise our hampers leave the warehouse in pristine condition, however as we use a third party courier service we cannot 100% guarantee things won’t go awry in transit. However if there is any damage please get in touch straight away and we will of course rectify this for you.

How do I personalise my gift box?
Personalisation is available on every gift hamper in our range. Just add in the personalisation details on the product page before you add it to the cart! We've suggested putting the baby's name, but you can add whatever you like here. 

How will my recipient know who that the gift is from? 
We include complimentary gift cards with all of our hampers, allowing you to write a message and let the receiver know who the gift is from. Prior to checking out you will see an area where you can add your message.

What if I don't know if its a boy or girl? 
No problems! We have a range of unisex gifts which are suitable for both girls and boys!

Can I order on behalf of my office / company?
Sure! Simply enter a message on the complimentary gift card so the recipient knows who the gift is from. 

Do you offer discount rates for bulk orders?
Yes we do! Email hello@babyraz.com.au to discuss your individual needs. Minimum order applies.
